Please! – Release Me

 

Are they satisfied? A question I wanna ask to the management of a company. In my observation, most of them only focus on how to give the best service to the customers or make best quality products, in order to gain profits.

 

But sometimes, they forgot to give first the best needs of their employees. What about their benefits, security, foods with reasonable charge, and a clean and comfortable place where they can dine and have rest? Are they satisfied? Or totally unsatisfied? Do the management asked for any suggestions from their employees? Do they practice “Selflessness” or “Selfishness”.

 

 

 

Well for me, a satisfied employee wouldn’t only be willing to give the best customer service, make best quality products or do best work performances, but they’ll also wish for the prosperity of the company — for free… But an unsatisfied one, one day will make a resignation letter, saying:

 

Please! – Release Me, Let Me Go

For I – Don’t Love To Work Here Anymore
