The Beach Boutique House, Kata Beach nice hotel, new & clean, lovely decoration, friendly staff. good location near kata beach about 400 or 500 meters, quiet & beautiful surroundings. just one problem is that the swimming pool seems not been included to the hotel. if u wanted to go there, you have to contact the front desk and they will drive you to another place, although it s not far away from the hotel. a little bit unconvenient. but if you only spent time on the beach and needed relax urself, all i wanna do is to recommend this cute hotel. good

The Beach Boutique House, Kata Beach This was our favorite hotel in Thailand and we were in Thailand for almost 3 months. Beautiful rooms, cheap internet, staff were incredibly friendly and everything was so neat and clean. About 5 minute walk to the beach. Would for sure stay again and recommend!

The Beach Boutique House, Kata Beach - Disapointed by the staff, two out 5 friendly and helpfull - few of my belonging disapeared : electric shavers, electric toothbrush, 2 CDs. There is a a safe but most of the time, I only put valuable things, next time I will be more carefull. - Realy noisy on the outside because of dogs fighting in the middle of the nights and no one seemed to care. - The beach is kind of disapointed, among the lowest quality in the area and a better one is 15 mn walk. The restaurants around are dispointed either, touristic area with no way to escape in fact. Shall I mention the girl bars few meters away. - Transfer Patong at 400 baht, Airport transfer for 1200 baht : transportation very expensive. I would recommend another hotel where bus service would be provided for free : you keep the option open. - Funny thing is the swimming pool is not free access: let s put it this way : You are in the beach, take the sun for few hours an you decide to come back at the hotel to swim a bit in clear water. You need to come back from the beach, ask the reception to go to the swimming pool and somebody will drive you to the swimng pool which is a 5 meters long pool and 1 meter deep pool. It took me 20 mn to do that while the pool is only 5 mn away from the beach - this is a pure waste of time. - No lift either and no air cond in the corridor. - Bathroom is small and slippery as - Food decent but expensive like the mini bar : 4 times more than a normal supermarket - there is a carrefour on Patong but you will eed by cab bath 800 for a return way. - Most importantly, room for rent available on the same street of the hotel for 1/2 the price : painfull discovery. The area is seeing more supply and I would recommend to check thoe options if you want to stay in this area rather than booking in advance this hotel. I am sure you can find some on boutique beach area while surfing on google. - One last thing, fyou expect to catch an attraction, keep it mnd you are 30 mn away from the closest port to reach the nice island (James Bond, Phi Phi) : very early start and extra cost

It might be good for tourists discovering Asia but after 2 months accross Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, I rank this hotel low in terms of value for money. Heard better feedback from friends going on desert island for few days. Service good bt would prefer and ful security payment method including the confirmation where all the details appears. But best price so far !!

The Beach Boutique House, Kata Beach Fantastic boutique hotel…funky decor, great breakfast and lovely staff. A 5 min walk to the beach which is not at all picturesque - a big brown slimy drainpipe with stagnant brown water. Once you get to the beach it is lovely. There is a wonderful restaurant on the rocks at the end of the beach. very efficient and easy

The Beach Boutique House, Kata Beach I happened to stay at this hotel by chance, cause the one i wanted was full, but really happy about it. It s very new, beds r extremely comfortable, service s good, staff s friendly. Beach is only 10 min walk from the hotel, so it s very convenient. Many restaurants nearby or 15 min walk, there s a great massage room not far from the hotel (with orange painted walls, near Sawadee hotel, 15 min walk), i tried manicure the ones nearby the hotel, but they did it really bad, though prices r the same. I liked Kata beach much more than Karon, it s more developed, u ll find everything u need. About the hotel again - it s new, so not all the drives know the address, so take the tel number with you or tell to drive u to the Beach Center (ClubMed Hotel is nearby). Don t take the taxi that airport offices offer, last time i took it the driver was nervous and rude, when u step outside the airport u can get a taxi easily and pay the same or even less. Easy&very efficient!Thanks!

The Beach Boutique House, Kata Beach Very nice hotel. The location is 5-10 min walk from the beach, not a very nice walk but the hotel is worth it. We had a Freshly Superior room and it was small but very nice and clean. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast. This was most hotel for the money on our trip and we will come back. Perfect!

The Beach Boutique House, Kata Beach The hotel is located in a not so accessible area and surrounding has nothing except construction going on. Was alittle disappointed when i reached the hotel and i am made to wait 45mins just to check in. However it was conpensated when i saw the interior of the room, it was very refreshing and clean. Overall the service is good, my flight was late night and after late check out at 2pm, they gave me room to take bath before going to airport upon request. Very good

B.B.Chaweng Beach Resort, Chaweng Beach Hotel was is a great location. We expected nicer, but the room was clean. It is a standard room, not a villa as described. If possible would not reccomend the restaurant/included breakfast option. It was not very good/clean ate there only once. Was a waste since we ate breakfast else where the rest of the week. Smooth transaction

B.B.Chaweng Beach Resort, Chaweng Beach Hotel is places on a very small property with a small pool and restaurant. However the level of service and the quality and size of the rooms make up for this by far. The hotel is located on the best part of Chaweng Beach next to Al s resort. Easy and very helpful

Thank you!! But I also found the resort facilities very good. The hotel area is quite small, so don t expect large gardens, pools and dining areas. But although small and basic, its modern, well maintained and convenient. The room was quite basic too, but clean and comfortable. Some construction work noise at daytime from neighbouring hotels, but no major inconvenience. And the restaurant is good!! I look forward to come back some other time! I will recommend BB Chaweng Beach resort to all who look for a friendly, quiet and convenient base to explore Chaweng beach and the surroundings! We stayed 4 nights in a Superior Villa.The room was spacious, quiet and clean, although a little dark.Resort staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing seemed to be a problem for them.The seafood dinner on the beach was magnificent and of good value. (Hint:Let the chef recommend how to cook)We will be returning. Good service. no problems encountered.

Staff were fine, knocked on my door to hurry me out without being too much of a hassle. If your alone the hotels is qucik to point out that there is a THB 500 guest charge for those so inclined. Fine

Bay View Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Hin Beach We stayed at Bay View Resort for 4 nights in August 2008. We booked a Deluxe Bungalow and it was very nice. Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, a wonderful porche facing the sea,… Although most of the staff were very polite and helpful, the management people were not as nice. I guess there are used to having the place fully booked and think they do not need to be polite anymore.

The pool area is far away and had salty water and it was dark green! Yak :/ Beach is great with sunbeds although many rocks on the way to the water..be carefull! The area is very steep mountain …hope you are in good shape! We were going to stay there longer time but we had to move to the PhiPhi Villa resort (next resort) for the same price because SHOWER IS SALT WATER!!!!! You never feel clean :/ Low season prices are too much for this place and you can imagine how high those are on high season!!! TOO MUCH! Restaurant was great and Leam hin beach is the beach in PhiPhi..Close to Tonsai and town but far enough! SO go to PhiPhi Villa resort instead which have GREAT poolarea on the beach!

Bay View Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Hin Beach Stayed in a deluxe grand villa with stunning views. A hillside resort with an easy walk to Ton Sai. The last night dined at Bay View s outdoor Seafood BBQ right on the beach, very romantic and the food delicious. Found this resort to be at a great location with friendly attentive staff. Bay View Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Hin Beach Stayed in a deluxe grand villa with stunning views. A hillside resort with an easy walk to Ton Sai. The last night dined at Bay View s outdoor Seafood BBQ right on the beach, very romantic and the food delicious. Found this resort to be at a great location with friendly attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was simple but tasty. Once again thank you for a stress free booking.
