I was watching Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares last night when I realized he doesn’t so much “fix” a restaurant, as he goes in and edits it. He takes away all that’s not necessary leaving just what works. It’s something I’d like to aspire to. Something I want to consciously work on.
