Nosso Eliezer Santos esteve na noite de ontem no evento “Gestão do Futuro” promovido pela FGV no elegante Royal Palm Plaza em Campinas.  O palestrante da noite foi, nada mais nada menos, que Steve Wozniak co-fundador da Apple juntamente com Steve Jobs.

“The Woz”, como Steve é conhecido no Vale do Silício, foi o criador dos primeiros computadoes pessoais do mundo, o Apple I e o Apple II, na metade da década de 70.

Juntamente com Steve Jobs, Wozniak é um dos responsáveis pela revolução digital no planeta.

I was watching Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares last night when I realized he doesn’t so much “fix” a restaurant, as he goes in and edits it. He takes away all that’s not necessary leaving just what works. It’s something I’d like to aspire to. Something I want to consciously work on.

Simple. Clean. Elegant.

The day started relatively early: -10:30 am! We cleaned pretty hard untill about 2 or 3, but then everything kinds stopped. I don’t think anything except my dad mowing the lawn was accomplished after those first few hours.
I did, however, manage to download some new apps for my iphone, catch up on digg stories, and finish season 3 of the best tv show ever-all at the same time. I geuss I’m a little proactive because of this spring cleaning and maybe of the idea that in 4 days and around a few hours I will be **gasp** learning! (I did start working on my knowledge of HTML and javascript but that is semi-interesting and useful).

Better get to sleep. Need to get back into the school sleep routine…
