» put documents in clear folders
Keep every document in your inbox or bag or on your table in a separate clear folder. This has the advantage that documents will not mix up and they also glide well on each other when you flip through the pile.
You might even use different colors to visualize priorities, subjects or levels of confidentiality.

Have you ever stayed at a hotel and checked your pillow cases? Next time you stay, check them. Are they clean?
Are you suuuure they’re clean?
Are you sure someone else’s head hadn’t slept on it before you did? That some stranger, with possible cooties, could have slept on your pillow case. And as you lay your head to sleep, those creepy-crawly cooties will venture onto your head and in your ears, and have their way with your scalp.
Not my idea of a good time, if you ask me.
Next time you stay at a hotel, check your pillow coverings. Make sure there are no hairs. No spots. No stains. No drool or anything else that could potentially be yucky, for they are not always changed.
