» Pressure Cleaning Techniques and Equipment

Hey everyone.. and to all my bodybuilding followers out there !

Again I have an off-topic post today.

This topic actually has to do with what I do for a living outside of the fitness realm.

I started a Pressure Cleaning Business about 2-3 years ago and I figured I would enlighten some people with what I’ve learned from experience in this trade.

Before having you go to my web page to find out more, I just want to say that Pressure Cleaning is a serious business just like an other in the contracting and service trades.

Most consumers tend not to take this field seriously because they think that they can go to The Home Depot or Sears and get themselves a “residential” pressure washer for $400 and do what we do.

I’m here to tell you that in the long run you are not going to save yourself any money or aggravation attempting to do it yourself. As a matter of fact, in most cases after seeing what a professional service can do you will undoubtedly begin to wonder why you bothered buying a machine for in the first place.

You see chances are that machine that you bought will only last for a few times before giving out and that’s just one of it’s drawbacks compared to a $2000 machine such as mine. A commercial machine will completely outperform even the best residential machines by a landslide and last about 150 times longer.

Unfortunately most consumers have no clue what they are buying nor do they wish to spend big amounts of money for the right equipment, not to mention all the accessories and cleaning agents that us pros use to make the job go by faster and easier.

And of course experience is a whole other factor along with the professional results we can achieve..

Yes, there is always a major difference between what one can do with a residential machine versus a commercial one ! ( I laugh when I see someone using a residential machine )

So when you start realizing everything there is to be aware of in this field, it’s a no-brainer that you should leave this type of job to a pro. And usually if you set up some sort of maintenance plan with a cleaning company they do tend to give you a discount.

OK let’s continue to my main page where you can see more of what goes on.. Pressure Cleaning Techniques and Equipment

» Tips For Creating Storage Space in Your Home Office

With so many people beginning to work from their homes, turning a spare room or extra space into an office is a necessity. One of the most important things that you need to consider when decorating a home office is the storage space. Without the proper amount of storage space your home office will be cluttered and un-organized. This will hinder your work and slow you down considerably. It could even cause you to lose clients and ultimately ruin your business.

Here are some tips for creating storage space in your home office:

• Use stackable drawers for storage. These are lightweight and can be moved around easily. You can place them in a corner of the room and stack them as high as you feel comfortable, thus creating a lot of extra space.

• Have shelves over your computer desk. The material needed to put up shelves is inexpensive and it’s simple to do.

• Kitchen carts with shelves work great for holding printers and other computer accessories.

• Don’t buy anything that you don’t really need. This just adds to the clutter and takes up even more room.

• Take advantage of empty wall space as much as possible. Any place where you can put up shelving will create storage space and keep everything neat and organized.

If putting shelves directly on the walls is not an option for you, then you can always buy the plastic shelves and use them instead. They are inexpensive and can be removed whenever necessary without any damage being done to the walls.

The more storage space you have in your home office the more productive your business will be. You will be able to stay organized and it will be a more comfortable working environment.
